The Argus (Dundalk), 18 January 2006: Examination into Ludlow case in Dail A Joint OIreachtas Committee will begin its examination into the Barron Report into the murder of Dundalk forestry worker Seamus Ludlow in Leinster House next Tuesday. The hearing will be chaired by Mr Sean Ardagh TD and will include open sessions, which will be broadcast on TG4. A Sub-Committee was set up to consider the Report of the Independent Commission of Inquiry into the murder of Seamus Ludlow. The members of the sub-committee are Deputies sean Ardagh, Joe Costello, Marie Hoctor, Finnian McGrath, Gerard Murphy, Peter Power, and Senator Jim Walsh. As part of its consideration of the Report, the sub-committee is holding a series of public hearings, starting next week, to which various interested parties and bodies and some of the persons referred to in the report, are invited to attend. The sub-committee had also sought submissions from interested parties and members of the public to be received before Friday, 6th January.
